I’ve had some people ask about this, so I’m going to share what I’m using to limit the negative effects of the radiation bombardment and heavy metal poisoning we are dealing with every day. And by we, I mean basically anyone who isn’t living deep underground or in a cave in the mountains.
This post is for readers who know their health is being negatively influenced by heavy metal pollution (such as barium and aluminum from atmospheric geoengineering and graphene oxide in food, Covid masks and vaccines) and by EMF radiation from mobile networks and devices, as well as RF radiation such as dirty electricity in the home or workplace.

Smart Meter Guard and wifi router cage
From this Santa Cruz, California company. I think I posted about this before but there’s a smart meter on the outside wall of the room where I have my home office. After moving into our current place I suffered for months from all kinds of weird physical symptoms, including waking up in the middle of the night so itchy I was scratching my skin raw, before I installed the smart meter guard. I also found it incredibly hard to focus when sitting in my office trying to write a post. Huge reduction in both symptoms since installing the meter guard and putting the wifi router in a faraday cage.
Lots of orgonite, strategically placed.
We have one 3-ounce tower buster (TB) on the dresser beneath the electrical fuse box (located, unfortunately, in the master bedroom). I have another TB sitting on my desk against the wall where the smart meter is. And I have three HHgs scattered around the house.
I also gridded out Phoenix’s garden with 4 TBs buried at the corners and a large HHg cone sitting between two garden beds. As I mentioned in my “Clear the Skies” posts, we were both struggling with labored breathing quite a bit over the last couple of years; since I started making the orgonite, it’s kind of a shocker now if one of us has a “having trouble breathing” day.
We used to dread having to drive to the farmers’ market in Cookeville on Saturday mornings even though we love seeing our friends there and getting delicious organic milk, yogurt, chicken, and doggie treats. Kobi would become super anxious as soon as we got into town and we always felt totally drained when we got back home.
One Saturday I happened to have a couple TBs in the car and we noticed that Kobi was chill for the whole trip. And we felt significantly less blasted when we arrived back home. Now we just leave a TB sitting on the floor between the two front seats and I usually have two or three stashed in the trunk in case a gifting opportunity presents itself. Major positive change in how we feel and in our dog’s wellbeing.
Phoenix suggested, and I agree, that the TBs in the car seem to function as mobile radiation deflectors.
(I’m making tower busters every week so shoot me an email if you want a handful of ‘em and I’ll be glad to ship them off to you in exchange for a small donation. Or if you’ve got enough scratch to become a founding member of my Substack, I’ll include some with your custom HHg!)
Heavy metal and radiation detox
Big doses of Vitamin C
The Nobel Prize winning chemist Linus Pauling believed we need 4,000 mg of Vitamin C a day. He also theorized — based on a vast body of scientific evidence and his own experiments with intravenous Vitamin C — that this amazing substance could basically conquer both cancer and heart disease. You can guess how the National Institutes of Health (NIH) responded to Pauling’s claims. Or you can read about it here.
You can get a pound of ascorbic acid powder from Now Foods for about $15. Mix one teaspoon of this powder with one 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in an inch or two of water. Stir till it stops fizzing. Add a little water depending on taste. Drink with food or after eating for better absorption. Also, rinse your mouth with water after you finish because ascorbic acid is very, well, acidic.
This should give you at least 2,000 mg of Vitamin C in a form that your body can easily use. When I was really struggling with my health a few yeas ago, I would drink two or three of these a day.
When it’s hot and humid, as it is much of the year in Tennessee, I’ll often drink a couple Emergen-C packets a day in addition to my ascorbic acid dose (Emergen-C seems to help with electrolyte replacement).
Iodine, selenium, DMSO and silica
I don’t take any of these on a daily basis. Too much too often with any of these can spark off the kind of painful, incapacitating detox I had my fill of when I was younger. 1 My health is pretty radiant these days and I’ve got a lot of stuff to do that I don’t want to miss out on. Plus, it seems like heavy metal detox is more of a “slow and steady wins the race” kind of game anyway.
So I tend to “pulse” these depending on how my body responds:
Klaire Labs Seleno Met 200 mcg — All selenium supplements are not created equal. Some people claim the wrong formulation will actually increase retention or block excretion of heavy metals. I tuned in to several brands and this one was a ‘yes’. Also, when I’m feeling gunked up and I take this before bed I can feel a difference the next day.
Now Foods TMG - 1000 mg
DMSO - 50/50 dilution topically
Hyland’s cell salts, especially #12 Silica — Silica is huge for detoxing heavy metals, apparently. Phoenix was telling me about some guy who drank like 12 liters of Fiji Water (high in silica) in a weekend to do a metals detox. He said he had the worst headache of his life for 3-4 days and then he felt better than he’s felt in years. I’m not ready to go that gonzo, but it’s good to know it’s an option.
Maybe with the exception of TMG?
