Hi and happy new year.
I’ve never felt like New Year was a particularly meaningful or positive holiday. FYI. Just to establish where I’m coming from.
But as an astrologer who wrote weekly and monthly horoscope columns for many years, I got into the habit of looking at the year ahead and — if not making predictions, at least trying to describe the energy signature I was seeing.
This has not been an emotionally satisfying activity over the past three years, as you can imagine. Successfully predicting a massive blow to the foundations of Western civilization at the start of 2020 brought me a bit of transitory satisfaction — in the form of feedback from the world that I had read the energy correctly — but playing the prophet of doom role really isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
I would have much rather been wrong about that prediction than lived through its realization or had to watch people I cared for suffer needlessly and even die as a result of the scamdemic and accompanying global psyop.
The big picture astrology in 2021 and 2022 didn’t look as disastrous as 2020, but both years had a “we’re slogging through an extended period of struggle” vibe.
This year feels different to me. I realize Pluto is dipping his toe into Aquarius for 10 weeks in the spring, which feels like the harbinger of a seismic shift that starts in earnest in 2024. The last time Pluto was in Aquarius (1777 - 1798), American patriots were fighting the British on American soil and blood was running in the streets of Paris. Revolutionary times that did away with the old monarchical order and ushered in the age of individual freedom and self-governance. Or so we are told.
But as Tatiana and I discuss in our January Forecast podcast, it feels like there is a lot of opportunity in 2023 for those of who have kept returning to the truth of who we are, weeding out the mind control programs and fear viruses, and following our inner guidance. You can listen to the pod here:
I’m not saying, at all, that 2023 is going to be a peaceful, bucolic return to a mythical Golden Age of society. The apocalypse continues, but the Greek word from which we get apocalypse means to "uncover, disclose, reveal." The apocalypse is an unveiling, a revelation of the underlying truths that have been occulted or hidden.
I talk about a lot of this on the podcast, but I see Jupiter in Aries, Saturn’s move into Pisces in March, and the Saros series of the April and October solar eclipses as auguring well for those of us who have spent our lives seeking the truth (and those who are on an accelerated curve of awakening precisely because of Covid and all of the other recent manifestations of the global elite clown show).
I’m more grateful than ever before that my response to 9-11 was to immerse myself in the writings of Castaneda and other Toltec seekers. It’s hard to imagine trying to deal with the apparent senselessness of the consensus reality with no clue that what drives most of the evil — both the banal, everyday, social media flavor and the huge, genocidal deep state kind — is an invisible Parasite that feeds off of human suffering.
But as Tatiana and I often remind ourselves (and our podcast listeners), the Parasite can only do to us what we give it the energy to do to us. The more we see it for what it is and the more we withdraw our consent and our energy from its machinations, the less power it has over us. This is true for each of us as individuals and the more individuals who wake up to this reality, the better our collective experience must become.
In conclusion, 2023 won’t be easy all the time. We’re still in the thick of a glorious, hideous spiritual war that spans the realm and will go down in the history of the realm as one of the greatest events ever. But I believe we’ll be able to make moves and make good things happen this year in a way that hasn’t really been supported in the last three years.
