Today’s eclipse Sun and Moon (lunar eclipse at 27 Taurus 14’) made a nearly exact t-square aspect to the USA’s natal Moon. Eclipses are moments when large amounts of cosmic energy come into the Earth plane; t-square patterns operate like a prism or a funnel, channeling the energy of a planetary opposition — in this case the eclipse Sun and Moon at 27 Scorpio and 27 Taurus — into that planet.
Basically, this dynamic directs a blast of energy into the USA’s Moon. (The Moon symbolizes the people in a national chart, as well as what’s going on in the homeland.) It tells us that the status quo isn’t working, so here’s a cosmic wake-up call to jolt us and get us unstuck. With precise aspects like this one, experience tells us that the condition of the people or the homeland needs to, and is going to, undergo a significant shift.
Normally I would see this signature as problematic, especially given the deep shit we’re in as a society. But every time I’ve tuned into the eclipse, I’ve gotten the hit that things could be different this time.
Eclipses repeat at the same degree every 19 years, so I decided to compare this eclipse with the previous eclipse at 27 Taurus to see if anything jumped out at me.
Homeland Security, Weapons of Mass Destruction…and SARS
November 2002 was a pretty momentous month for the condition of the American people. A week after the Taurus lunar eclipse, on Nov. 25, 2002, George W. Bush signed the Homeland Security Act into law. Following on the heels of the Patriot Act in October 2001, the creation of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) institutionalized the war on domestic terrorism.
In the months leading up to this eclipse the Washington war machine, fronted by Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld, was beating the drums for an invasion of Iraq.
The reason given for starting a new war (we were already fighting in Afghanistan) was the unsubstantiated claim that Saddam Hussein was building nukes and other weapons of mass destruction (WMD), which he could unleash on America at any moment.
The American people were still reeling from the 9-11 terror event and the anthrax terror event. The stories that pushed by Bush and Rumsfeld et al were so obviously fabricated, I still wonder how many Americans actually believed Saddam was behind 9-11 and/or that he had WMD capabilities and was about to drop them on us. At any rate, in March of 2003, the U.S. invaded Iraq, inflicting large civilian casualties and — of course — poisoning and injuring many of our own troops in the process.1
Also, the first SARS pandemic began in China in November 2002. Although only 8,000 people were identified as having been infected, 774 of those died. And the media drummed up a global panic with stories like this one:
Although historic numbers of Americans took to the streets in 2003 to protest the invasion of Iraq, we were losing the war at home. Our acquiescence to the War on Terror resulted in the passing of the 2001 Patriot Act, giving law enforcement and three-letter agencies the freedom to surveil, and apprehend U.S. citizens and to hold them indefinitely without a trial — on the mere suspicion of terrorism.
This emphasis on fighting the War on Terror in the homeland took another big step forward with the creation of the DHS in November, 2002.
Yesterday, Today and…?
Although the 2002 eclipse, like the one that happened this morning, made a to-the-degree t-square to the U.S. Moon, one big difference between the two charts is the transiting planet at the apex of the t-square (and thus conjunct the U.S. natal Moon).
In 2002, Uranus is at 25 Aquarius. Uranus is the archetype of sudden, shocking change. It is a visionary, futuristic energy that ultimately wants to liberate us from traditions or habits that no longer serve. But when it is afflicted, as we say in astrology, it can often manifest as outbursts of violence or rash, destructive acts that do indeed get rid of the old but without bringing a higher-vibrational solution to replace what has just been destroyed.
In the chart for the 2021 eclipse, we see Jupiter occupying the same part of Aquarius. This is one reason for hope I see in today’s eclipse. I wrote about Jupiter in Aquarius as the storyteller weaving visions of our collective future in The great storyteller returns, proposing that the kind of stories we tell ourselves and one another (and the narratives we invest our collective faith in) will go a long way towards determining the outcome of this unprecedented bid for total control over the world’s population.
Interestingly, not only have we already lived through the kind of “global SARS pandemic” complete with universal mask-wearing, lockdowns, and a global 24/7 media propaganda blitz that the 2002 authors of Newsweek’s The New Age of Epidemics could only fantasize about; we’re also seeing a fresh commitment to waging war on domestic terror here in the U.S.
Like the COVID/GREAT RESET agenda of the Controllers, the current domestic terror narrative is all about identifying and disempowering people who have resisted the mind control and continue to insist on their right to think for themselves.
But millions of us around the world have awakened from our brainwashed slumbers and millions more are waking up with every heavy-handed new globalist offensive against the people’s basic human rights and freedoms.
By the time we arrived at today’s eclipse, those of us who have chosen life and freedom over death and tyranny have collectively made huge strides in freeing ourselves from the mono-narrative of the corporate media and Big Tech owned social media platforms.
Substack is just one example of the alternative platforms that are skyrocketing in popularity as more and more people disconnect from the corporate Mockingbird media. Places where we can communicate directly to one another, telling the stories we feel are important to be told without the intrusion of corporate advertising or manipulative algorithms designed to suck us back into a state of passive consumption of approved content.
We are telling a different story from the fear and doom narrative of the Controllers. As they continue to crush the life out of the media shopping mall that many people came to believe was synonymous with the Internet, a growing subset of society is expanding on beautiful, unpredictable, and innovative directions. And we are doing it with passion and with purpose and with courage and (can I say this?) with joy.
Which doesn’t mean the next couple years are going to be a collective stroll down easy street. A lot of Americans are going to suffer and die needlessly from the toxic, regulated medical treatments forced on hospital patients deemed to have SARS-CoV-2. Many will suffer and die needlessly from the governmental, corporate and media collusion to discredit and censor information on alternative therapies. And many more will suffer and die needlessly from the vaccines and booster shots.
That sucks and when this war is over and we add up the casualties, we are going to have to do some profound grieving.
But what if we succeed at liberating the world from this small group of psychopaths who have for so long held the men, women and children of the realm in slavery, who have systematically poisoned us, who have used us as cannon fodder in their stupid wars, who have turned brother against brother and the parents against the children, and who have turned this beautiful garden realm into a sick theater of violence, poverty, illness, and struggle so they can grow rich on the energy they harvest from us?
Imagine a world with no chemtrails. A world where no one has to work 40, 50, 60 hours a week to pay the bills. A world where the food is pure and the water isn’t full of fluoride, and where people grow healthier rather than sicker. A world where we get to do a lot more of what we love and where, because we have enough, we raise our children to be happy, healthy, loving and free.
That’s the potential I see in 2021. I hope, in the face of the adversity that is sure to continue for a time, the American people continue to shrug off the threats and punishments of our so-called leaders and stand up for freedom.
“The Pentagon's mandatory anthrax shots caused adverse reactions in most recipients and helped prompt many Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard members to transfer to other units or leave the military between 1998 and 2000, according to a survey by Congress's General Accounting Office (GAO).
The survey indicated that 85% of troops who received an anthrax shot had an adverse reaction, a rate far higher than the 30% claimed by the manufacturer in 2000, when the survey was conducted. Sixteen percent of the survey respondents had either left the military or changed their status, at least in part because of the vaccination program.” - University of Minnesota Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy
Great article! Thank you!
